Description
Characteristics

The sauce pot is made of durable FERRINOX 18/10 food grade stainless steel. Formula 18/10 means 18% nickel and 10% chromium. The material is environmentally friendly, without artificial components, and recyclable. FERRINOX 18/10 steel has anti-corrosion properties, is resistant to deformation, to acids and alkalis and is durable in use. Three-layer capsule bottom made using Impact Bonding technology. This is a method of fixing the bottom, in which its layers – two steel plates and a layer of aluminum – are held together by a blow of a 2000 ton press. Thus, the aluminum layer is evenly distributed and all irregularities are smoothed out, which completely eliminates the possibility of peeling or deformation of the bottom. The steel handles are spot-soldered. The lid is made of heat-resistant glass and stainless steel. A steam vent and measuring scale on the inside wall of the pan make the cooking process easier.
